5 Simple Homemade Remedies For Anti-Aging

These home remedies and tips will help you anti-aging, inexpensively and without any side effects!

Young-looking skin is what we always dream of! Wrinkles, crow’s feet, fine lines, laugh lines, and dark spots are the biggest nightmares of any woman. We can’t run away from aging, but what we can do is delay it as long as possible with these do-it-at-home packs and masks.

 1. Honey

 You Will Need

  • 1-2 tablespoons organic honey

What You Have To Do

  • Apply honey generously on the face and neck. Massage for a minute or two.
  • Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with water.

How Often You Should Do This

Repeat this every day or every alternate day.

2. Egg Pack

You Will Need

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

What You Have To Do

  1. Mix all the ingredients and apply on the face.
  2. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.

How Often You Should Do This

Apply this face pack once in every three days.

Why This Works

Egg white is a powerhouse of anti-aging agents like omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and zinc. It is known to tighten the skin making it firm and smooth .

3. Carrot And Potato Pack

You Will Need

  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small potato
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Water

What You Have To Do

  1. Boil the carrot and potato, and chop them into small pieces. Mash them to form a smooth paste.
  2. To this, add a pinch of turmeric and baking soda. Mix well with some water to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. Apply all over the face and keep for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse with warm water.

How Often You Should Do This

Repeat this pack application twice a week.

Why This Works

Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A, which helps in boosting the collagen production in the skin. Collagen makes the skin tight and prevents wrinkles, thus giving a very youthful glow to your face . Potato is also considered to be an excellent anti-aging ingredient that fades away wrinkles and evens out the skin tone .

4. Yogurt Pack

You Will Need
  • 2 teaspoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 vitamin E capsule
  • A pinch of turmeric
What You Have To Do
  1. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and turmeric together.
  2. Carefully cut the vitamin E capsule from its tip and gently pour the oil present inside into the pack. Mix well.
  3. Apply this all over the face.
  4. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
How Often You Should Do This

Do this 2-3 times a week.

Why This Works

Yogurt is rich in wrinkle-preventing nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fats which keep the skin fresh and hydrated. The lactic acid found in yogurt shrinks pores and tightens the skin .

5. Rose Water Pack

 You Will Need

  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Few drops of glycerine
  • Cotton ball
What You Have To Do
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Dip the cotton ball in this and apply it all over the face.
How Often You Should Do This

This is best done every other night, before going to bed.

Why This Works

Rose water has regenerating properties and also has a calming effect on the skin. It increases the blood circulation in the capillaries and thus reduces thread veins. It also reduces blemishes and puffiness under the eyes.
