Due to its high levels of essential fats, iron and potassium, coconut milk is maybe the most effective remedy for hair loss.
Mix the juice of a coconut with the juice of one lemon, and 4 drops of lavender oil. Apply the mixture on your roots and leave it sit up to 5 hours before washing it off.
Eggs are rich in proteins, iron, zinc or phosphorus, substances that stimulate hair regeneration and beauty.
Combine the white of an egg with 2 tsp. of olive oil and honey. Apply the resulting paste on your hair, spreading it all over and leave it sit for about 20 minutes. Wash it gently with cold water and shampoo.
Onion is a very good ingredient for your hair growth due to the high levels of Sulphur, which stimulates the collagen production, in this way regenerating the hair strands.
Mash or grate one onion and apply the juice on your scalp. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, then wash your hair as usual.
Apple cider vinegar
Due to its many properties, apple cider vinegar balances the pH of your hair and stimulates its growth.
Mix 75 ml of vinegar with 1 litre of water and apply the mixture as a hair conditioner. You will notice that your hair will shine again.
Green tea is very rich in antioxidants, which makes it very useful for preventing hair loss and regenerating the cells. All you have to do is apply some warm tea on your scalp and wait for about an hour to nourish your roots. Rinse with cold water.
Fenugreek is known for its use in diets, due to the presence of proteins in its composition.
Make a paste with 1 tbsp of fenugreek, water (as much as necessary) and several drops of coconut oil/milk. Apply the paste on your roots and hair and leave it action for about 30 minutes before rinsing off.
This fruit is a source of nutrients and vitamin C, which contribute a lot to the hair growth.
Combine 2 tsp of Indian Gooseberry juice/powder with 2 tsp of lime juice and apply it on your hair. Leave it sit until it dries out, then rinse with lukewarm water.
