Step 1: Cleansing

Glycerin and rose water acts as an excellent cleanser.They help in removing impurities and harmful dust particles thus leaving your skin clean, soft and moisturized.Glycerin is a natural, anti aging compound that is used for the treatment of fine lines, wrinkles, skin disease and dryness.It improves th elasticity of the skin.Rose water soothes the skin, maintains the pH level of the skin and fights aging.
Step 2: Exfoliation (Duration – max 5 minutes)
Exfoliate your skin with this simple anti aging homemade scrub.Take 2 tsp of brown sugar,1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of honey.Take some mixture on your palms and rubbed in circular motion all over your face, especially your forehead, nose and chin.Don’t scrub too hard.Scrub gently for 4 to 5 minutes.This scrub is very effective in removing dead skin cells, dark patches, sun tan, black heads and white heads.It opens your pores to allow your skin to breathe and makes your skin glow.Brown sugar is the perfect exfoliation anti aging scrub.Brown sugar contains a compound known as molasses that is useful in anti aging treatment.Honey has great anti aging and anti bacterial properties that keeps you skin clear, healthy and young.
Step 3: Steaming ( Duration – 5 to 10 minutes)
You can use a professional steaming machine but if you don’t have you can still achieve the same at home.Boil half-filled water in a large vessel.Remove the vessel from the stove and immediately drape a towel over your head.Steam your face for about 5-10 minutes.While steaming stay at least one foot away from the pan to ensure that you do not burn your skin.Steaming your face opens the pores and removes dust and impurities trap inside the pores to give your skin a clean, healthy fresh glow.
Normal and Oily Skin – Add rose petals to boiling water and then steam your face.Rose has antibacterial and antiseptic properties that is good for oily and greasy skin.Rose water enhances the color of your skin and prevent wrinkles.
Dry and Sensitive Skin – Steam can cause dryness of your skin.To prevent your skin from drying add the contents of two vitamin E capsules to the steaming water.Before adding the vitamin E capsules you should remove the vessel from the stove.This beauty tip is very useful for normal and dry skin types.It keeps your skin hydrated and moisturised thus leaving your skin soft and supple.
Step 4: Massage ( Duration – 20 to 30 minutes)
