Lack of sleep, excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays and antioxidants deficiency- all lead to wrinkles. However, there is a natural solution which can restore skin youth. We all know that the weapons against aging can be expensive and some of them painful.

Today we offer you an anti aging  facial mask that can be easily made at home,  with natural ingredients that you can find in any store. Cornstarch facial mask can successfully replace those painful Botox injections. The effect is immediate.
In addition to being economical and simple, this mask is completely a natural, and tightens the skin almost as controversial Botox.

This is an excellent treatment if you want to save for a sudden exit, meeting or celebration, because the effects of the current masks – are seen already after the first use!

Best homemade mask for a face-lift – recipe:

Ingredients:

Cornstarch- 1 tablespoon
Freshly squeezed carrot juice – 5 tablespoons (if you do not have a juicer, grated carrot, mix in a blender and strain through a sieve squeezing)
Sour cream – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare a mask:

In half a glass of cold water to dissolve the cornstarch.

Pour the whisked cornstarch in small saucepan and add to it 100 ml of boiling water.

Put on the stove and cook over low heat until it thickens.

After that, when the mixture cool slightly, add freshly squeezed carrot juice and sour cream.

Mix well and place on a clean face to stand 25-30 minutes (it is best if you can make peeling face before putting the mask).

Mask rinse with warm water and apply on face nourishing cream.

The remaining amount of the mask refrigerate.

For better effect, put a mask for 3 days in a row.

How does it work?

Cornstarchor starch is the most common ingredient in face masks due to its excellent absorption properties and moisture retention.

Rich in beta carotene, carrots are a natural source of vitamin A, which has a number of advantages for our skin:

It is rich in antioxidants that slow the aging process of the skin – natural anti aging factor.
Helps maintain skin moisture.
Promotes regeneration of skin cells.
Effective cures acne – helps with the wound healing and pimples.
Antiseptic property – strengthens the immune system and prevents infection.

Sour cream, like all fermented milk products, contains lactic acid, which is essential for beauty and skin health.

This is because it helps skin retain moisture, naturally is peeling and stimulates the production of collagen, which forms the connective tissue that supports the skin.

Lactic acid is used in many cosmetic preparations for care.

The active ingredient in sour cream – lactic acid – is a type of alpha-hydroxy acid that exfoliates the skin by encouraging the production of new, young cells and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

But, as with all alpha-hydroxy agents, it can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, so be sure to stay away from sun after treatment.
