The women from both groups were eating healthy food for the next three months. They consumed less than 500 calories a day. The only difference in their diet was the use of spices. The first group consumed 3 grams of cumin every day. They mixed the cumin with 140 grams of yogurt and consumed it every morning on an empty stomach. The second group also consumed yogurt but without cumin.
The results of the first group were amazing. The first group of women even lost 14 pounds more than the second group after a period of only 1 month! They lost 14.64 % fat and the second one only 4.91 % fat.
